23RD EAST AFRICA MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED ENTERPRISES TRADE FAIR BUJUMBURA, BURUNDI
Hon. Simon Chelugui, EGH, Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Co-operatives and MSMEs Development, officiates the Kenya Day Celebrations at the 23rd EAC MSMEs in Bujumbura Burundi
The 23rd East African Micro, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Trade Fair was held in at the Cercle Hypique Grounds in Bujumbura, Burundi from 5th to 15th December, 2023. Under the theme “Connecting East African MSMEs to Enhance Intra-East Africa Community trade”, the Trade Fair attracted more than one thousand traders from all the seven East African Community partner states.
The Kenyan delegation to the Trade Fair was led by Hon. Simon Chelugui, EGH, Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Co-operatives and MSMEs Development. The Cabinet Secretary in collaboration with his Burundi counterpart Minister of Commerce, Transport, Industry, and Tourism in Burundi, Hon. Marie Chantal Nijimbere officiated the Kenya Day Celebrations held on 9th December, 2023 at the Cercle Hypique grounds.
