The Kenya Embassy Bujumbura hosted an official reception to celebrate Kenya’s 59th Independence Anniversary on 12 December 2022 at Olivia Hotel in Bujumbura, Burundi. The Chief Guest at the occasion was Mr. Ferdinand Bashikako, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation of the Republic of Burundi.
The colourful event was attended by guests who included members of the Diplomatic Corp, Burundi Government officials and the Kenyan Diaspora Community.
