COMMEMORATION OF 60TH ANNIVERSSARY OF KENYA’S INDEPENDENCE -BUJUMBURA
H.E. Amb. Daniel Wambura delivers his Remarks during the 60th Anniversary of Kenya’s Independence celebrations at the Kiriri Garden Hotel, Bujumbura
On 11th December, 2023, the Kenya Embassy hosted an Official Reception at the Kiriri Garden Hotel, Bujumbura to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of Kenya’s Independence. H.E. Mr. Ferdinand Bashikako, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation of the Republic of Burundi graced the Occasion, as the Chief Guest. The event was attended by: representatives from the Government of Burundi; Diplomatic Corps and International Organizations, Business Associates, the Clergy, and Kenyans in Burundi. Kenyan delegates participating in the 23rd East Africa Community (EAC) Trade Fair for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Burundi, also joined in the celebration.
