On 21^st May 2021, I presented to His Excellency Evaristé Ndayishimiye President of the Republic of Burundi, my papers of Credence accrediting me as the Ambassador Extra-Ordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kenya to the Republic of Burundi.

I sincerely thank H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta, C.G.H., and the republic of Kenya for entrusting me with this immense responsibility to advance Kenya’s foreign policy in Burundi. I humbly accept this honour with gratitude and a deep sense of duty.

It is indeed an honour to serve my nation in such a beautiful country with a great people. I am committed to furthering strong ties of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between Kenya and Burundi during my tenure.

I look forward to working with our Host Government, the people of Burundi, the Diplomatic Corps and all relevant stakeholders to consolidate our bilateral cooperation and broader international relations at all levels.

To my fellow Kenyans, I reiterate my commitment to work together and chat a path to the future that is in the best interest of our country. I am confident that your commitment to hard work and sense of duty to our nation will go a long way in creating a solid bridge between our two friendly countries for more meaningful collaboration in various fields of our national development agenda.
